Our weekly food box will keep your family fed all week ~ it's jam packed with local, farm fresh, Welsh and organic produce that will make meals easy with great variety... Don't forget, we can tailor this box to meet YOUR needs ~ to suit any dietary or allergy requirements. It can get as bespoke as it needs to be!
 
So, what will you get:
3 Meat choices each week (these will vary from week to week, ensuring variety ~ but think beef mince, chicken breasts, pork chops, diced beef, sausage, bacon, burgers etc) **we can also do fish if meat isn't something that suits, please get in touch
2l Organic, Welsh milk
250g Organic, Welsh butter
400g Freshly baked sourdough
6 free range, local eggs
1 Pack of Welsh cheese
2x Pantry items (think pasta, sauces, beans etc... sticking to Welsh produce wherever we can)
1.6kg Organic, local potatoes
600g Onions
400g Mushrooms
2x Seasonal veggies (two lots of in season, in stock veggies)
400g Fresh fruits like: apples, pears, oranges, berries etc
2x Sweet treats (grab bags of Welsh crisps, freshly baked pastries and cakes, jams, local honeys, Welsh yogurts, hot chocolates, biscuits & more)
 
We try to make sure that EVERY week you get something different than the week before.
 
This box can be delivered each week Thursday - Saturday on a day that work best for you, with FREE delivery throughout Caerphilly county.
